Job Description

• General office administration including data entry, filing, updating & maintaining record/reports, etc
• Arrange & follow up on the purchases/ solicitors for the overdue billings
• Ability to communicate with purchasers/ solicitors
• Keeping records and reports up to date, and maintaining office systems
• Helping maintain the budget plan
• Ordering office supplies
• Arranging post and deliveries
• Handle incoming phone calls & email inquiries
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:
• Must possess at least Secondary School/SPM
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• School leavers are welcomed
• Computer literate
• Quick learner, ability to work in a multitasking environment and work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate with purchasers/ solicitors
• Female candidate preferred
• Must be willing to work in Ipoh area
• MALAYSIAN only
