Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Participate in the software development life-cycle.
Lead the development, design, and implementation of applications and changes to existing information systems and software packages.
Perform system analysis, design, testing, system integration, and documentation whenever necessary.
Provide recommendations and assist in the preparation of project plans, time and resource estimates, task tracking, reporting & completion to the deadline of assigned tasks or team, and priorities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with the middle management team, and internal & external stakeholders.
Guide, mentor & train the team to deliver and carve the career growth plans for your team.
Any other tasks assigned by the Management as and when required
Skills & Experiences
Candidate must possess a relevant qualification in Software Engineering
A minimum of 7 years of working experience in software application development relevant to the following skill sets: Java (J2EE/JEE), Spring Boot, Hibernate, JSF, Struts, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, RDBMS analysis and design (DB2, Oracle, MS-SQL etc.)
Not required but good to have: o Angular o Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
Proficient in Mandarin for effective communication with managers from China; also fluent in English
