Key responsibilities of a Debt Recovery Office include: Monitoring outstanding payments and sending reminders to clients. Communicating with clients to negotiate repayment plans. Collaborating with the finance department to update records. Handling disputes and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Initiating legal action for uncollected debts when necessary. Customer Support in a Job Recruiting Portal The Customer Support Team ensures smooth interactions between job seekers, employers, and the platform by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on platform usage. Their goal is to enhance user satisfaction and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Key responsibilities of Customer Support include: Assisting job seekers with profile creation, resume uploads, and job applications. Helping employers with job postings, candidate searches, and payment processing. Addressing technical issues and troubleshooting platform-related problems. Resolving billing and subscription inquiries. Providing guidance on recruitment best practices and job-seeking strategies.
