Job Description
1. Able to read drawing and understand the position of spot point vs actual body.
2. Do all point check inspection within the standard cycle time.
3. Do ultrasonic inspection with USM GO+ for all spot point.
4. Do chisel check inspection as per NES Standard for all spot point.
5. Able to judge body quality based on Quality Control Standard on all spot point.
6. Able to measure nugget diameter by using Vernier caliper.
7. Conduct destructive test for new model launch.
8. Perform Metal Fitting inspection using gauge, Dansa gauge and taper ruler.
9. Conduct VES inspection and make appropriate judgement based on VES standard.
10. Able to do TPM for measuring equipment.
