Job Description
Oversee the company's accounting and bookkeeping processes, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Coordinate the setting of annual budget targets, track and analyze monthly and quarterly budgets.
Control and manage the budget implementation process and financial risk.
Coordinate the formulation of standard costs and improve its analysis methods.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Support the achievement of cost reduction plans for manufacturing departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and decision-making.
Manage and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals.
What we're looking for
Degree in Finance and Accounting.
More than ten years of working experience in finance and accounting.
More than three years of management experience.
Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications.
Analytical and judgement skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
