RESPONSIBILITY
Actively monitor & improve Production Processing & Documentations..
Ensure all practices and procedures comply with Food Safety Management System.
Alert & take action on non-conformities detected, immediate liaise with customers.
Inspect quality of materials and production's output within required specifications
Monitor stock inventory & quality, place order/GRN and update system.
Work closely with Production team for export documentation and logistic arrangement.
Handle China & Malaysia authorities, auditors and visitors who come to production area.
Liaise with external & government parties, logistics, suppliers and customers.
Guide, supervise & train workers when necessary.
Other tasks assigned by The Management

REQUIREMENT
Diploma/Degree in Food Science or related courses, welcome fresh graduates
Minimum SPM certification + 2 years experiences in Food Factory Manufacturing
Have own transport to travel for work purposes
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, Alternate Saturday 8am-1pm
Able to speak, read & write in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia for work purpose.
