Job Description
- The ideal candidate will lead marketing event planning and execution while implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships, engagement, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and execute impactful marketing events to promote the new clinic and attract customers.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to strengthen customer relationships and foster loyalty.
• Design and execute customer engagement programs to elevate satisfaction and improve retention.
• Develop and refine segmentation strategies to optimize targeted marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate CRM performance metrics, identifying opportunities for system and process enhancements.
• Create and maintain customer journey maps to improve the overall customer experience.
• Ensure customer database accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Requirements:
• Min Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in CRM, customer engagement, or marketing roles.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with customer data and CRM tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and CRM best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
