Job Description
- Serve as a Concept Visualizer for projects related to Web Design, Social Media Campaigns, and Corporate Branding.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the design team, including task delegation and motivating team members to meet project deadlines and achieve creative outcomes.
- Train team members in design SOPs and best practices, including UI/UX principles, white space utilization, and other design concepts.
- Work closely with clients, as well as internal Sales and Marketing teams.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of designs.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design with 3–5 years of relevant work experience and a strong design portfolio.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, and multimedia design.
- Ability to produce storyboards and concepts for animation and videography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, WordPress, and Elementor.
- Strong leadership and time management skills.
