Job Description
Clerical work: Responsible for drafting, editing and managing various clerical materials, including reports, letters and meeting minutes.
File management: responsible for the archiving and collation of important documents and materials to ensure the security and confidentiality of information.
Daily affairs: Assist the president in handling daily affairs, including scheduling, meeting organization and itinerary coordination.
Communication and coordination: act as a communication bridge between the president and various departments to ensure the accurate transmission of information.
Conference support: participate in the organization, recording and follow-up of the meeting to ensure the implementation of meeting decision-making.
This position requires good writing skills, organizational ability and a high sense of responsibility.
The following is the work experience requirements for the CEO Secretary
Education Background: Possess a bachelor’s degree or above in administrative management, Chinese, business, or related fields.
Work Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or secretary, with familiarity in enterprise operations and administrative management processes.
Clerical Skills: Demonstrate excellent written communication and editing abilities, capable of producing high-quality reports and documents.
Communication and Coordination: Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate resources from all parties. Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
Organizational Skills: Possess robust organizational and coordination capabilities to efficiently manage daily tasks and meetings.
Professionalism: Display meticulousness, patience, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to confidentiality in work.
