Job Description

A) To input all invoices into SQL accounting system
b) To prepare utilities report for checking and payment (Electricity, Water and Sewerage)
c) To perform filing of all hotel operation documents
d) To perform bank reconciliation for the Group of Companies
e) To prepare payment voucher, payment summary and analysis twice a month for payment
f) To conduct reconciliation of supplier statements against SQL system
g) To accumulate refurbishment documents for bank purposes
h) To perform monthly accrual provision and reversals
i) Maintain digital and physical financial records
j) Check spreadsheet for accuracy
Salary:
RM 2,000.00 Monthly
