Therapist Assistance

Care responsibilities:
* Implementing therapy interventions as outlined in individual treatment plans.
* Engaging children in play-based activities to target specific developmental goals.
* Providing positive reinforcement for desired behaviours.

Data collection and analysis:
* Accurately recording behavioural data during therapy sessions.
* Graphing and analysing data to track progress towards goals.
* Communicating progress updates to the supervising therapist and families.

Collaboration and communication:
* Maintaining open communication with families regarding child's progress and concerns.
* Collaborating with other professionals on the treatment team (e.g., speech therapists, Educationist).
* Attending team meetings and providing input on client needs.
