IT Project Manager (PMP)

Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between clients, product teams, mid-level management, technical teams,
and QA teams.
- Understand and define client requirements.
- Assist in developing project plans, scopes, objectives, schedules, budgets, and
deliverables while maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Monitor project progress to ensure high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and scope.
- Manage and process change requests effectively.
- Identify potential risks and provide solutions to management and stakeholders to support
decision-making.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with user needs.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, and ensure effective team collaboration.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration,
or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a technology-driven
environment, including 2 years focusing on Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating and leading diverse
teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- A strong analytical mindset with a focus on statistical analysis and data-driven decisionmaking.
- PMP certification
