E-Commerce Operator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operator to manage our online store operations. This role includes product listing, platform management, coordination with warehousing teams, and customer service to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Listing & Platform Management
Create and manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms
Ensure accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Optimize listings and promotional campaigns.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.
2. Platform Operations & Order Processing
Oversee day-to-day operations on e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth transactions.
Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements to boost revenue.
3. Warehouse Coordination & Logistics
Liaise with warehouse teams for stock management and timely order fulfillment.
Work closely with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve any warehouse or shipping-related issues.
4. Customer Service & Support
Respond to customer inquiries promptly via chat, email, and phone.
Handle complaints, process refunds, and manage after-sales service.

Requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada
-Familiarity with online marketing, product listings, and sales analytics.
-Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, Cantonese & Malay.
