Job Description

- Monitor live stream content, quality, and audience engagement, and provide performance feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, company policies, and platform regulations during all live sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and livestream operation teams to align live content with brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and schedule livestream sessions and ensure the availability of full-time and part-time live hosts based on audience insights, product launches, and promotional events.
- Monitor live host performance metrics and implement improvement plans to achieve KPIs.
- Analyse live stream metrics and provide insights to the management team to optimize hosting strategies.
- Stay updated on live streaming trends and competitor activities to keep the hosting team competitive.
- Resolve any issues arising during live sessions swiftly and professionally.
