Job Description

- Conduct live streaming sessions on social media platforms;
- Attend to customer’s general inquiries, complaints, reviews, feedback at all social media platform included TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, FB, Telegram and Whatsapp;
- Reply customer comment, chat and rating on all social media platforms within the time frame;
- Responsibilities in all platform including collect database, follow up and do blasting (whatsapp) in a timely and accurate manner;
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, suggest the best product based on problems to build rapport with the customer for closing;
- Gather customer feedback and share it with teammates;
- Involves in reseller and affiliate related programme;
- Any other ad-hoc assignments or project as when required by the CEO;
- Followed SOP required by the company;
Salary:
RM 1,900.00 Monthly
