Job Description

To assist the Principal in managing day-to-day transactional activities.
Maintain and schedule all appointments, and meetings, schedule & set up travel arrangements.
Preparation of weekly/monthly/annual MIS reports.
Assist HR Team in recruitment, induction, training and development, onboarding and Exit Management of Teachers.
Registration of parents and guests for the events and guest lectures.
Assist Teachers and other departments and liaise between School Management, employees, students and parents.
Covering reception during the absence of the receptionist.
Assisting the Admission Department as when needed.

Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree or Masters
2-3 years of working experience as an Executive Assistant or Secretary.
Good communication skills and well-versed with MS Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Note: 1. The above position is a YEARLY RENEWABLE CONTRACT with 3 MONTHS PROBATION PERIOD.
2. Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8am to 4pm) / Every Sat (8am to 12 noon)
