Job Description

Work closely with the Outlets Operations Manager to ensure well-running outlets.
Manage all operational matters of outlets.
Assist in preparing and maintaining standard operations processes (SOPs) of outlets and ensure SOPs are duly complied with by all outlets.
To be responsible for the entire operations of the restaurant/outlet
Providing leadership and control in outlet, ensuring all customers receive good service and quality food
Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety
Preparing reports for shift/week, including staff control.
Monitor all outlets expenses and ensure actual expenses are within budgeted range to ensure the profitability of outlets.
Monitor sales targets of outlets to ensure overall company sales target is met.
Conduct periodic outlet inspections promptly and adequately, generate inspection report to report findings to both management.
Identification and report of issues that may affect sales, production, or delivery of services, and propose solutions to address operational problems promptly.
Monitor staffing status for all outlets and ensure all outlets adequately staffed with experienced staff.
Conduct training for all newly joined outlet staff and periodic training to further equip outlet staff with new operational knowledge.
Monitor staff performance of all outlets and ensure actions in place to address outlet staff issues promptly.
Assist in new outlet opening, include matters not limited to outlet ordering of outlet equipment & raw material, and hiring & training of new outlet staffs.

Requirement;
Minimum experience 3years in F&B Industrial catering in management.
Candidate may possess at least SPM/Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any field
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (Preferably)
At least 2-3 years of working experience in F&B industry, preferably from Canteen Industry
Must be hands-on with cooking or at least on food and beverage preparations
Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.

Independent
Good in solving problems and make firm, good, reliable decision
Confident with strong leadership skills. Ability to lead a team
Pleasant interpersonal skills, able to interact well with all level
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
Possess own transport and willing to travel if required
Can start work immediately
Salary:
RM 2,900.00 Monthly
