Job Description

Fraud Risk operations team is an integral part of Global Credit Control Service. The Fraud Operations team deals with Fraud Prevention and Detection processes and constantly working towards combating fraud and protecting the Bank and our customers from losses and fraud risk.
Work well independently; complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per the process benchmarks.
Develops knowledge of business activities so as to better understand and clearly articulate the nature of compliance issues and the actual and potential risks associated with them in terms that are meaningful for the business.
Acts as the first line of defense, identify underlying themes, possible systemic risks and potential links beyond their immediate area of focus and emerging risks.
A passion for continued learning will also support the role holder in their ability to gain stronger and better skills and capabilities.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
As per business demand, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
2 years’ experience in Banking . preferably with contact center experience
Hong Kong. This will be inbound (80%) and outbound (20%) contact center

Additional Information :
What we offer selected candidate:
Salary range is between MYR4400 to MYR6500
Contact Centre Allowance : 200 per month after completed training
Mandarin Speaker Allowance : 300 per month
Mandarin & Cantonese Speaker Allowance : 500 per month
Contact Centre Allowance : 200 per month after completed training

Rotational shift
>If shift starts between 3pm-6pm : 300 per month
>If shift starts between 6pm onward : 450 per month
Salary:
RM 7,500.00 Monthly
