Job Description
1. Prepare Tender documentation, Bill of Quantity (BQ), Contract Documents, and Technical Reports; Pick up quantities, costing and related analysis.
2. Checking design drawings and follow up on amendments, if any.
3. Submission of Claims, Variations, and Reports for approval.
4. Responsible for project planning, documentation, and submissions. Monitor project implementation progress and coordination works. Attend meetings with main and sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
5. Knowledge in HV/LV Power Distribution, Lightning Protection System, ELV System, ICT Services. Lift 7 Escalator System, Fire Protection Services, ACMV, Sanitary Plumbing Services, and LPG System would be advantageous.
6. Any other tasks related to tender and implementation as assigned by a superior officer. Reporting to Head of Department / Head of Section.
