Job Description
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy across all platforms (own website, marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website and etc.)
• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including product listings, content, pricing, order fulfilment, inventory, and customer service.
• Monitor and optimize online store performance to maximize sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media ads, email marketing) to drive traffic and revenue.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Liaise with marketing, logistics, finance, and IT teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
• Work closely with marketplaces on campaign participation, promotional mechanics, and platform optimizations.
