Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in logistics or freight forwarding and is passionate about delivering excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., shipping lines, transporters, customs brokers)

Prepare and manage shipping documentation (BL, AWB, invoices, etc.)

Resolve any service issues or delays with professionalism

Maintain accurate records in the system

Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with clients from booking to delivery
Salary:
RM 2,600.00 Monthly
