Operator / qc inspector

1. Job Title : Quality Control Inspector

3. Report to : QC Dept. Head
4. Qualification : SPM or Higher
5. Experience : At least 1 years working in related field.
6. Responsibilities :
• Performs and conduct measurement, inspection and functionality for parts Incoming, In process activities and Outgoing for finished goods.
• To confirm the quality of product as per customer requirements.
• To perform daily jobs with accordance to Quality Plan and related Work Instruction.
• Conduct incoming, in-process & final inspection based on MIL-STD-105E sampling plan.
• Issues the relevant Quality Records, Non –conforming Report when necessary, writes and sends to QC head of department and related department.
• Prepared relevant QC Inspection report, Dismantle Check report.
• Feedback to Q.C. Supervisor if there are any non-conformities or defect Found.

6 Responsibilities :
• To perform the task according to defined work instruction.
• To maintain all process condition and parameters of the production line as required and perform production related task such as :
 Soldering,  Screwing,
 Inspection,  Tuning,
 Mechanical parts assembly,  Electronics part assembly
 Mounting components
• To achieve the production target that set by production manager.
• To ensure every product produce is meet the standard required.
• To ensure workplace cleanliness being maintained.
• To feedback to line leader if there are any non-conformities detected.
• To follow company rules and regulation.
