Job Description
Job Summary: Seeking open-mindedness to learn STEM and conduct lessons
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Instruction :
Design and deliver engaging, inquiry-based STEM instruction and learning experiences for students, aligned with relevant curriculum standards and incorporating effective educational technology.
Foster an inclusive classroom environment, utilizing diverse teaching and assessment strategies to cater to varied learning needs and monitor student progress effectively.
Collaborate with students, parents [If applicable], and colleagues to support holistic student development and passion for STEM subjects.
Training & Development:
Develop, deliver, and refine high-quality STEM training programs, workshops, and resources tailored for diverse audiences (such as educators or professionals).
Facilitate dynamic and effective training sessions, adapting methods to meet participant needs and evaluating program impact for continuous improvement.
Ensure training content remains current and relevant by incorporating advancements in STEM fields, technologies, and industry applications.
