Job Description
- Prepare product technical documents (BOM, DFM, PDFM) to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the documentation.
- Optimize the process structure and design of electronic products to enhance manufacturability and market competitiveness.
- Oversee the planning, design, and development of new products and services
- Manage a team of talented engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, to align engineering efforts with overall business objectives
- Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture within the engineering team
