Key Responsibilities:
Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, training, and employee relations
Maintain and update HR records and databases
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and performance management activities
Support HR initiatives that promote a positive work culture and employee engagement
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
1–2 years of HR experience (experience in the travel industry is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
