We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services to meet the operational needs of the company. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, vendor relationships, and cost management.

The Purchasing Executive is responsible for managing the procurement of goods and materials to meet business needs, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Procurement and Vendor Management
Manage purchase orders (PO) for stock replenishment, new products, and customized materials for the warehouse and suppliers.
Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including handling disputes or claims regarding product shortages or quality issues.

2. Inventory and Stock Control
Collaborate with the warehouse team to monitor stock levels and forecast inventory needs.
Maintain accurate records of stock details, including product codes, sizes, colors, and quantities.
Track and handle discontinuations or changes in supplier offerings.

3. Logistics and Delivery
Track shipments to ensure timely delivery, updating internal stakeholders on delivery statuses and ETAs.
Resolve delivery issues, such as missing items, damages, or incorrect quantities, with suppliers or logistics partners.

4. Data Management and Reporting
Maintain detailed procurement records, including costing, shipping fees, payment details and logistics details.
Track and update shipment statuses, delivery dates, and other logistics-related data in internal systems.

REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is compulsory for supplier communication.
- Willing to relocate/travel in Kapar, Klang.

WORKING DAYS & HOURS
- Monday - Saturday, (Saturday work from home)
- 1 days Rest Day.
- 9.00am - 5.30pm with 1 hour meal break.
