Camp Beaumont is growing in Asia…. Join our activity-loving team and be our Group Leader and earn up to MYR 200 - 300 PER DAY!

Job Role and Purpose: Group Leader (Activity & Playtime)

As a Group Leader, you are responsible for the welfare of a particular age group of children both during and outside activity times to fully support and exemplify the overall company purpose and values of – ‘Keep it Simple’; ‘Know your Stuff’; ‘Give it your all’; ‘Make it Fun’ and ‘Own it’

Key Responsibilities:
1)Delivering high quality activities following our pre-designed activity programme
2)Supervising the group in both on/off-site activities, throughout transition/travel periods, and during dorm time
3)Providing a fun and safe environment for all campers through engaging & enthusiastic delivery
4)Ensuring the company's safety policies and procedures are followed and enhanced throughout each activity
5)Completion of any relevant documents/forms as required
6) Follow & comply with internal safeguarding procedures, ensuring any concerns are reported in a timely manner in alignment with training
7) Demonstrate a positive attitude towards the role at all times

Typical knowledge, skills and experience

a)Ability to work in a team
b)You should be an enthusiastic person with lots of energy and a real desire to give an excellent camp experience to each child.
c)Excellent Communicator & Experience within a similar role (Desirable)
d) Approachable & Ability to engage with all age groups and use initiative

18 years or older
You must be legally allowed to work in the country you are applying
Fluent English – spoken, written & reading
Additional language skills such as Mandarin, Cantonese etc. are preferred but not mandatory
Available to work during the school holidays
Possess lots of energy and enthusiasm
Can demonstrate a passion for working with children
Have initiative and ability to work independently and in a team

Location: Malaysia - Penang  and Kuala Lumpur

This role will be based at few Schools in KL & Penang
1) Prince of Wales Island International Secondary / Primary School (POWIIS),Penang
2) Stonyhurst International School, Penang
3) Tenby School Penang
4) Alice Smith International School Primary,KL
5) The British International School, KL

Training & Induction (Mandatory):
i)For the right candidate, we offer comprehensive training and mentorship to empower you and increase performance.
ii)You will need to attend 3-4 days of mandatory training and an induction prior to the camp. Whilst getting paid to attend!
iii)We ask that you bring bundles of energy and passion…and we will teach you the rest!
