Videographer/Editor

Role Description

We’re looking for a creative and versatile Videographer to join our team in Damansara. This full-time, on-site role involves the end-to-end production of engaging video content — from planning and shooting to editing. You’ll be hands-on with cameras, lighting, and sound to ensure every frame meets our brand’s visual standards.

Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life. We’re also a fast-moving team, so we’re looking for someone who’s proactive, adaptable, and ready to wear multiple hats beyond just videography when needed.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in video production, including pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production editing.

- Strong camera operation skills, with proficiency in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and related equipment.

- Solid understanding of lighting techniques, both natural and artificial, for indoor and outdoor shoots.

- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

- Ability to plan and execute shoots independently, with a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling.

- Creative thinker with the ability to produce engaging, brand-aligned content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and work well within a team environment.

- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting, while meeting tight deadlines.

- Basic motion graphics or graphic design skills (Adobe After Effects, Illustrator) are a plus.

- A keen interest in the automotive industry or motorsport content is highly desirable.

- A portfolio or reel showcasing a range of video work is required for consideration.
