Job Description
• Achieve effective account coverage through planning of sales calls.
• Handling enquiries from customers.
• Gather competitor’s information from customers and providing market feedback.
• Responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling benefits of the full services of Business and selling against the competition.
• To do outbound calls from the given database/list of existing and potential customers. Generate demand for Business and lead in the selling process.
• Configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as manage weekly forecast and opportunities.
• Provide proactive follow-up, product information and overall support to accounts via telephone.
• To participate in ongoing training and any activities for the team.
• Maximize sales opportunities and contribute to customer loyalty and retention.
