Job Description

Responsibilities/Duties:-
Update daily the system record of all site repair requests from tenants and staff.
Communicate effectively with technicians, contractors and suppliers to assign and manage daily tasks.
Resolve customer complaints and problems efficiently, adhering to company SOPs.
Get management approval and order necessary stock and materials from suppliers.
Verify and reconcile supplier statements with stock orders.
Produce regular stock reports and obtain finance approval for timely supplier payments.
Obtain landlord approval for repair issues.
Prepare and submit quotations and invoices to the landlord, and ensure timely payment collection.
Monitor and follow up on the progress of repairs with technicians.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Emails). Experience with Bukku and iCares system is and advantage.
Good teamwork skills.
Excellent communication skills for tenant interactions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
Salary:
RM 2,500.00 Monthly
