Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Operations Executive who will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing the company’s various activities and projects. This person must be capable of managing multiple responsibilities across departments and will report directly to the management.

Key Responsibilities
Event Operations: Plan, organize, and execute events, bazaars, exhibitions, and corporate functions. Handle vendor and client coordination, on-ground setup, and event-day execution.

Space Leasing: Manage communication with venue partners and tenants. Handle inquiries, bookings, and contracts for promotional and leasing spaces.

Client & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.

Team Supervision: Oversee part-time staff or crews during setup and event days.

Logistics & Administration: Handle procurement, inventory, permits, licenses, and general paperwork.

Marketing Coordination: Support marketing efforts including content coordination, social media campaigns, and basic design review.

Business Development Support: Assist in identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and expansion projects.

Reporting: Prepare reports on project performance, finances, and client feedback.
Salary:
RM 3,000.00 Monthly
