Sales Assistant

JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Certificate in Business Administration or Computer Sciences or any related field.
2. Related experiences is an added advantage, however fresh graduate are also encouraging to apply.
3. Able to work on shift, fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and good in English for both written and spoken.
4. We are looking for young and energetic candidate who willing to learn.
5. Candidate with good knowledge and able to create creative content in Tik Tok or Instagram is also an added advantage.

JOB DECRIPTION
1. Greeting and assisting customers, providing information about products, and ensuring a friendly shopping atmosphere.
2. Familiarizing yourself with the diverse range of second-hand goods, including clothing, accessories, household items, and collectibles, to effectively assist customers.
3. Actively promoting products and special offers, helping customers find items they are looking for, and encouraging purchases through upselling and cross-selling.
4. Organizing merchandise displays, ensuring items are neatly arranged and easy to browse, while also refreshing displays to highlight new arrivals and seasonal items.
5. Cashier Duties - Handling sales transactions accurately, processing cash and card payments, and managing the cash register.
6. Assisting with the stock-taking process, restocking shelves, and ensuring that inventory levels are maintained, reporting any discrepancies to management.
7. Keeping the store clean and tidy, ensuring that the shopping environment is pleasant and safe for customers.
8. Collecting feedback from customers regarding their shopping experience and reporting it to management for continuous improvement.
9. Able to work as a TEAM.
10. Flexible to handle a variety tasks as and when assign by duties Manager.
