Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outlet Manager to lead our gold jewelry and luxury items store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the outlet, including team leadership, customer service excellence, sales performance, inventory control, and adherence to company standards. This role demands a deep understanding of high-value luxury goods, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations & Sales Management:
Drive and achieve sales targets through effective team leadership and sales strategies.

Monitor daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and conversion rate.

2. Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Ensure an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and expert product knowledge.

Handle VIP clients and high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism.

Manage customer complaints or issues promptly and diplomatically.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

3. Team Leadership & Staff Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high performance and product knowledge.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.

Create a positive and motivating work environment.

4. Inventory & Visual Merchandising:
Oversee inventory levels, stock movement, and loss prevention.

Ensure all products are well displayed and maintain luxury presentation standards.

Coordinate with the head office for stock replenishment and special orders.

5. Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to all company policies, security protocols, and local regulations.

Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff attendance.

Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.
Salary:
RM 3,500.00 Monthly
