Job Description
Managing day-to-day transactional activities, maintaining and scheduling appointments and meetings.
Preparation of weekly/monthly/annual MIS Reports
Preparation of reports, memorandum, presentation materials, minutes of meetings, appointments and conference calls
To assist the HR Team in recruitment, inductions, training and development
Support the HR Department in onboarding and Exit interviews.
Covering the reception during the absence of the receptionist and also assisting the Admission Department.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in the required field.
2-3 years working experience in an Executive Assistant/Secretary role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good in MS Office & PowerPoint.

Term of Employment: 1-year renewable contract with 3 months' probation
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8 am to 4 pm)
Every Saturday (8 am to 12 noon)
