Job Description
- Handle online sales inquiries via chat, email, and social media.
- Promote and sell motorcycle accessories/parts through digital platforms.
- Build customer relationships and ensure smooth sales transactions.
- Meet sales targets and assist in marketing campaigns.
Sales Admin Support
- Process orders, invoices, and coordinate with logistics/supply teams.
- Manage customer databases and track sales reports.
- Assist in inventory management and online store updates.
- Provide backend support for the sales team.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in *sales, e-commerce, or admin roles* (fresh graduates may apply for junior roles).
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of *Lazada, Shopee, or other e-commerce platforms* (a plus!).
- Strong communication skills (English & [Local Language]).
- Passion for motorcycles/automotive industry is a *BIG advantage*!
