Why You’ll Love This Role:
As a Qlik Sense Developer at ATG Nexus, you’ll play a critical role in transforming raw data into valuable business insights. You’ll work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to design and deliver impactful dashboards and data models that drive decision-making. Your role will involve:

Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense to support key business objectives
Collaborating with business users to understand requirements and translate them into meaningful data visualizations
Building and optimizing efficient data models, load scripts, and backend queries to ensure performance and scalability
Integrating data from multiple sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, and APIs
Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies, performance issues, and technical roadblocks
Partnering with cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive BI solutions
Preparing and maintaining clear technical documentation to support system sustainability and knowledge sharing
Staying updated on BI best practices and Qlik enhancements to continuously improve our reporting capabilities

What We’re Looking For:
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or a related field
1–2 years of hands-on experience developing in Qlik Sense, or internship experience for fresh graduates with strong potential
Solid understanding of data modeling, visualization principles, and dashboard design best practices
Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
Ability to integrate data from diverse sources, including Excel, APIs, and various databases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and data accuracy
Clear and effective communicator, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Adaptable, self-driven, and able to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments
Willingness to work onsite at PFCC, Puchong, and travel to client locations as required

Nice to Have:
Experience with Qlik NPrinting for automated reporting and distribution
Familiarity with QlikView and Qlik’s broader ecosystem
Exposure to SAP data connectors for Qlik integration
Working knowledge of REST APIs or scripting languages such as Python
Background in BI projects across functional domains such as operations, finance, or sales
