Job Description

We’re Hiring: Sales Representative | Ancom Truelife

Are you passionate about healthcare and love building relationships that make an impact? Join us at Ancom Truelife, where we bring innovation to wellness and healthcare products across Malaysia.
We’re expanding our Sales Team and looking for energetic, driven individuals to represent our growing portfolio of health and wellness products — with a focus on independent pharmacies and primary care/GP market.

Location: - Central - Southern Region - Northern Region (3 positions available)

What You’ll Do:
Promote and introduce new and existing products to pharmacies and GPs. ∙ Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners, staff, and other key decision-makers.
Plan and execute demand generation activities: product demos, visual merchandising, in-store events.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to spot new opportunities.
Hit monthly sales targets and help boost overall company performance. ∙ Keep accurate records of visits, interactions, and sales using CRM or sales reporting tools.
Collaborate with marketing & product teams to provide field insights and improve promotional strategies.

Who You Are:
You have a strong passion for sales and a natural drive to succeed.
A relationship-builder at heart – you enjoy meeting people and building long-term connections.
Able to work independently, stay organized, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG sales is a strong advantage.
You have the communication skills and knowledge to effectively explain health & wellness products to customers.
A background in science or related studies is preferred to help you engage confidently with product information and customer queries.
