Job Description

Position: Retail Sales Assistant
Type: Full Time (5 days)

Job Description
- Recommend company products to customers and complete the sales process
- Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Keep up to date with product information
- Ensure timely product shelving and neat presentation
- Maintain cleanliness in the store and work areas
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- to perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior

Job requirement
- Able to start immediately
- able to communication in Malay, English or Mandarin
- Welcome fresh graduates
- Have passion in education / Music instrument retail industry
