About the Role

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing monthly financial reports
Processing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring timely payments
Reconciling bank statements and managing petty cash
Providing administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence
Assisting with invoicing, billing, and other financial tasks as required
Supporting the team with general office duties and other ad-hoc tasks

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar finance or administrative role
Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
Proficient in using accounting software, such as SQL Account
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
