Job Description
1) Lead Store Operations
Oversee all day-to-day store activities, ensuring a clean, well-organized, and efficiently run retail environment.
2) Drive Sales Performance
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs, while upholding high standards of customer service.
3) Inspire and Lead the Team
Mentor, train, and motivate store staff to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.
4) Other Tasks:
Support marketing or other assignments as needed by management.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or higher in any field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in Retail or F&B as supervisor or a relevant field will be an added advantage.
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Possess transport for traveling and willing to relocate if necessary.
