Job Description
• Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations
• Maintain and update Excel-based financial tracking systems
• Cross-check bank transactions against internal records
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in bank statements
• Apply double-entry accounting principles in all reconciliation work
• Support the team in data entry, reporting, and other ad-hoc accounting tasks
• Ensure all documentation and reconciliation records are well-organized
• Communicate with team members to clarify unclear transactions
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Good understanding of double-entry accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
