Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office
• Monitor and respond to company emails professionally and promptly
• Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documentation
• Assist in data entry, reporting, and document preparation
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when necessary
• Support the operations team with any additional administrative duties

Requirements:
• Proven experience in administrative or operational support roles
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in handling email communications and operational coordination is a plus
