Job Description
- Providing technical support and servicing for our range of electronic products and systems.
- Experienced on Mechanical,PLC,Vision and Circuit diagram.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Conducting periodic maintenance and inspections to prevent potential problems.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to identify and implement improvements to our products and services.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of all service activities
- Providing training and guidance to clients on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
- Determines improvements by analyzing service applications in the customer environment.
- Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of equipment distributed by Symphony Engineering.
