Job Description

Provide comprehensive hardware, software, and end-user support to resolve issues efficiently while adhering to service level agreements, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
Deliver exceptional end-user support by addressing queries, troubleshooting IT-related problems, and prioritizing user satisfaction.
Manage and maintain standard office equipment and software tools, offering technical guidance when necessary.
Independently support business processes, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Install, configure, update, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and recommend effective solutions to resolve them.
Respond promptly to IT support requests, providing clear and effective problem resolutions.
Assist with network installation, diagnosing, and resolving connectivity issues.
Collaborate with network administrators to ensure optimal and seamless network operations.
Monitor and maintain network performance and security, proactively addressing potential risks or violations.
Document processes, solutions, and configurations to build a knowledge base for future references.
Provide training and support to users for newly implemented tools, applications, or systems.
Stay updated with the latest IT trends, tools, and technologies to enhance support services.
Perform additional relevant duties as assigned to support the IT team and organizational goals.
