Job Description
• Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin Department
• Assist in recruitment process (job posting, interview scheduling & onboarding)
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, HR & Admin documents
• Ensure accurate computation of attendance, shift allowance and Overtime in line with statutory regulations and company policies
• Assist in monthly payroll by compiling attendance & overtime reports
• Follow up on staff confirmation and probation appraisal dates
• Assist in preparing HR forms, memos, letters, and in audits when required
• Assist in organizing staff engagement activities, meetings, trainings and briefings
• Provide general admin support to HR Manager
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HR Manager & Management
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles
• Familiar with HR practices, Malaysian Labour Law, and statutory contributions
• Familiar with Recruitment Portals
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
• Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
