Job Description
1) Campaign Planning & Execution:
-Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
-Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures,email campaigns, and product content.
-Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary.
2) Content Creation:
Assist in the creation of content for websites, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
Work with the design team to create visual assets that support marketing campaigns.
3) Digital Marketing:
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to promote the brand and its offerings.
Assist in SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the website.
Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital space.
4) Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
Analyze customer feedback and sales data to refine marketing strategies.
5) Event Planning & Execution:
Assist in organizing events, webinars, and trade shows to promote the brand and generate leads.
Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including invitations, venue arrangements, and post-event follow-up.
6) Brand Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
Assist in maintaining brand reputation and building customer loyalty.
7) Reporting & Analytics:
Track and report on key marketing metrics (such as ROI, website traffic, lead generation) to evaluate the success of campaigns.
Provide recommendations for improvement based on analytics
REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, including Facebook marketing, event marketing and finance/investment market research in Investment or Finance related industry.
-Possesses comprehensive branding and marketing – especially digital marketing skills, from broad-reach advertising to highly targeted direct marketing across all relevant marketing channels and platforms.
-Strong consumer focus, with demonstrable insight into market needs, both now and in the future, ensuring that the business is well-positioned to capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities.
-Good to have interest in the investment/ capital market.
-Good command of English, Malay and Mandarin (written and spoken)
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
