As our Digital Marketer, you will be the driving force behind our brand's social media success. Your blend of creativity and strategic thinking will elevate our brand’s presence, boost engagement, and build a dedicated online community. From Facebook to TikTok, Instagram to YouTube, you will lead the charge in shaping our digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement innovative social media strategies tailored to captivate our target audience. Identify platform opportunities, set measurable goals, and curate content that deeply resonates with followers.
2. Content Creation:
Produce compelling content that reflects our brand identity. Whether through captivating text, stunning visuals, or engaging videos, you’ll bring our story to life and ensure each post makes a memorable impact.
3. Social Media Management:
Act as the face of our brand on social media platforms. Manage our accounts, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries with professionalism and charm to foster a loyal online community.
4. Data Analysis:
Leverage analytics tools to track social media performance, identify key trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing campaigns and enhancing engagement.
5. Trend Insights:
Stay on top of industry trends and monitor competitor activities. Adjust strategies quickly in response to changes in the market to maintain our brand’s competitive edge.
6. Partnering & Promotion:
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize brand visibility. Lead cross-platform promotional efforts that increase our brand’s reach and influence.
7. Language Proficiency:
Fluency in Mandarin, Malay, and English is essential for effective communication with a diverse audience.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
Diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred.
