Job Scope: Green Building Consultant
• Work on projects related to GreenRE and GBI certification for residential, industrial, and commercial buildings.
• Review Architectural and M&E drawings to ensure compliance with MS1525 and green building certification criteria.
• Attend site visits and participate in client and consultant coordination meetings.
• Compile and prepare documentation for Design Assessment (DA) and Completion & Verification Assessment (CVA) submissions.
• Support and conduct Energy Audit projects.
• Stay current with sustainable building trends and green technologies.
Requirements:
• A Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering (or related fields).
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for green buildings and energy efficiency are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Advantageous: Experience or certification in GBIF, MYCREST, LEED GA, or GreenRE.
