Job Description
• Deliver Asset Management services across multiple Cisco customers.
• Act as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage, track, and resolve Install Base (IB) data issues.
• Support customers in lifecycle management of HW & SW assets to optimize cost and improve experience.
• Onboard new customers and reconcile IB data from multiple sources.
• Conduct data analysis, audits, and reporting using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Lead client calls, business reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
Native Japanese speaker (fluency required)
Diploma or higher qualification
At least 1 year of experience in asset management, IT, or related fields (SME background a plus)
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots, macros) with data analysis expertise
Familiarity with Cisco business model, products, or GTM strategies
Strong communication skills – bold, assertive, and customer-oriented
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or reporting tools (preferred)
Work Hours: Mon–Fri (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
