Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Can use measuring equipment example: caliper, profile projector and able to read the drawing products.
- Perform measurement and appearance checking.
- Conduct quality control inspection on products and quality control activities.
- Report quality issues to Manager and follow up to ensure that corrective action has/will take place.
- Participate in conducting quality investigation of customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Recommend improvement to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required language (s) English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to handle objections, listen and respond effectively.
- Friendly, helpful, honest and consultative nature.
- In-House Training Provided.
